Menopause Weight Loss Coach
At 47, I went through one of the hardest periods of my life. I lost my job. Then I lost my dad and it felt like the ground had been pulled from under me. The only thing I could control, and what suddenly mattered more than ever, was my health and fitness. I wanted to feel strong again. I wanted to stop the cravings. I wanted to lose the 30 pounds I’d gained in menopause.
I wanted me back.
So I retrained as a personal trainer to figure out how. But the truth came as a shock: knowing what to eat and how to exercise wasn’t the issue. The hard part was actually doing it, when I was exhausted, running on empty, and turning to food to soothe the anxiety, overwhelm, and a sensation of feeling stuck, that I couldn’t explain.
At first, I thought I was the problem. I wasn’t. And neither are you.
Since starting my business, I’ve coached hundreds of women going through the exact same thing, burned out, pulled in every direction, feeling like there’s never enough time, support, or energy left to do anything just for them.
In 2022, I wrote Why Women Over 40 Can’t Lose Weight, not to sell another diet, but to tell the truth. We’re not broken. We’re carrying too much: chronic stress, emotional burnout, lack of support, and the invisible load of keeping everyone else’s lives running. We think weight loss will change everything. but we can’t summon the energy, or cope with the hunger and restriction anymore.
And that’s because we don’t need another food plan. We need a reason. That’s where I come in. I help women uncover the motivation that actually sticks., not just to lose weight, but to be stronger, more energised, and fully in charge of their next chapter. Together, we create a plan that fits your world. however complex, and I support you personally with nutrition, exercise, stress management and the mindset shift you need to build lasting change. This is about more than diets and weigh-ins. It’s about reclaiming your health, your power, and your future. And it starts by believing your best is still to come.
